What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a modern form of therapy which aims to bring the mind, body and emotions in a state of balance and regularity, releasing us from the limitations of negative emotions and beliefs that represent the root-cause of all problems and ailments.
The ground principle of this technique refers to having a loving and compassionate approach towards the problems we are facing, having no importance if they are emotional or physical in nature. Thus, we can work together and not against them, in order to overcome them.
EFT is a gentle and noninvasive psych-energetic method of eliminating physical and emotional distress. It successfully blends modern techniques related to NLP, with ancient ones that act by stimulating certain acupuncture points with light and repetitive touches, performed in a certain rhythm and sequence.

The therapeutic process is greatly improved by the patient’s active involvement in identifying the root cause of a certain illness and in eliminating the emotional debris which prevent healing.
During the treatment session, you will be asked to repeat certain phrases, while the practitioner will stimulate certain points around your head and hands, with light touches of his fingertips. You will be asked to lay as comfortable as possible on the therapy table, keeping your clothes on.
